To register for kindergarten at any Holy Family elementary, please complete all eight steps below. Steps 1–3 must be completed in order to hold your spot on next year’s kindergarten class lists. Steps 4–8 will need to be completed before your child begins school. Please submit all hard-copy or PDF forms to your school office.
Steps 1–3: Enroll for Next School Year
Step 1: Fill out a New Family Enrollment Form. (pdf)
Step 2: Fill out the Ethnicity Form. (pdf)
Step 3: Submit a $50 nonrefundable deposit. Checks can be made payable to Holy Family Catholic Schools.
Steps 4–8: Complete Registration Before the School Year Begins
You will be notified in July before the new school year begins when materials are available to complete steps 4–8.
Step 4: Submit your child’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate and medical forms packet. (pdf)
Step 5: Setup a PowerSchool account and complete eRegistration. You will receive an email when this is available in July.
Step 6: Complete the Single-Check Payment Form per enrolled site. (pdf)
Step 7: If applicable, complete the Medication Request Form. (pdf)
Step 8: If applicable, complete the Transportation Reimbursement Form. (pdf)
