Early Childhood Positions:
Early Childhood Associate
Starting Wage: $15.00 | Possible additional pay based on education and experience.
Training Bonus: Earn up to $1,000 in your first 90 days with the completion of training hours!

This is an ideal position for anyone 18+ who loves to work with children. Early Childhood Associates help to plan, prepare and implement daily activities, games, learning centers, and lessons.
Individuals age 16-18 may apply as an Early Childhood Assistant with a starting wage of $13.00 per hour. This is a great after-school position for those interested in exploring a career in early childhood.

Lead teachers provide a high-quality, developmentally appropriate experience in our early childhood programs. They foster a safe, healthy, loving and consistent environment that supports each child’s growth and well-being. Lead teachers also build a welcoming setting for communication and involvement through ongoing interaction with children, parents and the early childhood director.

After-School Associate

After-School Associates supervise school-age children in the after-school program. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with homework, planning activities, and supervising students. These are 9-month, part-time positions while school is in session.

Pre-K Paraprofessionals help plan, prepare, and implement daily activities, games, learning centers and lessons for our littlest Golden Eagles in the Pre-K program.

Assistant Director

The Assistant Director will help oversee daily operations, support staff management, maintain regulatory compliance, and build positive relationships with families and the community. This position also assumes Director responsibilities in their absence and will be trained across all areas of leadership.
