Early Childcare Minibus Drivers
Starting Wage: $15.00 per hour plus an additional $10.00 per shift.
Holy Family Early Childhood is seeking reliable and responsible individuals to join our team as early childcare minibus drivers. As a driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting up to 14 children to and from our early childcare centers and school using one of our minibuses. Qualified candidates must be 21 years old, have a valid Iowa driver's license and be eligible for a Chauffeur's license, and must pass a background check. The following additional trainings will be completed: CPR/First Aid, Mandatory Reporter, Universal Precautions, Childcare Essentials, Safe Environment, and Drivers training.
The following before and after-school shifts are available:
- Mornings from 7:45 - 8:45 a.m.
- Afternoons from 2:45 - 3:45 p.m.
Individuals can work one or both shifts daily. This 9-month position will follow our school calendar beginning August 23rd. Qualified candidates will also have an opportunity to work more hours in an early childhood classroom.

Pre-K Paraprofessional
Starting Wage: $16.00 | Possible additional pay based on education and experience
Training Bonus: Earn up to $1,000 in your first 90 days with the completion of training hours!
Full-time employees receive a 20% discount on childcare and a 40% discount on before and after school care program for K-5!
Pre-K Paraprofessionals help plan, prepare, and implement daily activities, games, learning centers and lessons for our littlest Golden Eagles in the Pre-K program. Qualified candidates will have a BA or two year degree in any field. Early childhood degree and previous childcare experience preferred. Qualified candidates must be reliable and dependable and possess excellent overall communication skills.

Lead Preschool Teacher
Starting Wage: $17.50 | Possible additional pay based on education and experience

Lead preschool teachers provide a quality, developmentally appropriate experience for children in our preschool program. This position ensures a safe, healthy, and consistent environment for the individual growth and well-being of each child. Preschool teachers maintain an atmosphere conducive to communication and involvement through direct interaction with children, parents, and the early childhood director. The qualified candidate will have experience working in early childcare. An early childhood diploma or AA degree preferred.

Early Childhood Associates

An ideal position for anyone 18+ who loves to work with children – Early Childhood Associates help to plan, prepare and implement daily activities, games, learning centers, and lessons for our littlest Golden Eagles.
Early Childhood Assistant positions are also available to individuals ages 16-18 with a starting wage of $13.00 per hour. This is a great after-school position for those interested in exploring a career in early childhood!
