Holy Family Summer Camps

July and August Summer Camps Canceled

In light of the continued threat of COVID-19 and in the interest of protecting the health of our campers, coaches, and staff, all remaining academic and athletic summer camp programs for 2020 will be canceled.

Current virtual camps being offered throughout June will continue as scheduled. We know this is disappointing news for students and parents alike, but we'll look forward to a full summer camp schedule next year.

Our focus this summer will remain on preparations for a safe and successful 2020-2021 school year. Thank you for understanding!

See below for available virtual camps held throughout the month of June.

2021 camp offerings will be available in early March 2021.

June Virtual Camps

3D Printing Workshop

Do you have an interest in 3D printing? Would you like to design and learn to print 3D objects? Campers will receive instruction on how to 3D model and how to 3D print small objects using Tinkercad website. Campers will need email and Zoom account/access. Campers will need to create a Tinkercad account (free) and preferably have a Google Drive account to save and email .stl files. A computer mouse is recommended as well, but not required. On Monday, students will learn how to 3D model and create a simple object to print. On Wednesday, students will create a more complex object to print. On Friday, the students will have the opportunity to pick up their printed creations at the Holy Family Office dropbox. There will be a virtual showcase of the printed items.

Calligraphy Workshop

Learn brush lettering online! Mazzuchelli Catholic Sixth-Grade Teacher Ana Walker has developed a comprehensive brush lettering course where she teaches you step-by-step...literally. There is NO previous experience (or good handwriting) necessary. With Mrs. Walker's online classroom, you can take your time to master each section and are free to watch the course as many times as you like. This class has more than two hours of teaching content as Mrs. Walker guides you through her brush lettering workbook. She covers brush pens, how to use the workbook, basic strokes, lower and uppercase alphabets, connecting letters, intentional practice, and more!  All materials (workbook and brush pen) will be provided via drop off or pick up.
