Waive the FACTS Application Fee

To qualify for a FACTS tuition assistance application waiver, you must have a current pre-K student and no additional K-12 student(s) currently enrolled at Holy Family. If you have questions about whether you qualify for a FACTS waiver, please contact Rebecca Mueller at rmueller@holyfamilydbq.org or (563) 582-5456, ext. 289.

To submit your FACTS tuition assistance application at no cost, please complete the following steps:

1. Go to https://online.factsmgt.com/aid
2. Click on "Create an Account" and follow the directions to create a new FACTS account.
3. Complete the FACTS application until you reach the payment screen.
4. Call Holy Family Catholic Schools at (563) 582-5456 and request the FACTS application fee to be waived. Ask to speak with Katie Tracy, Rebecca Mueller or Tessa Petsche to make your waiver request.
5. Once you have been notified your fee has been waived, log back in to FACTS to submit your application.
